1Cut Tilapia fillets lengthwise into small slivers

2Place Tilapia slivers into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

3Coat Tilapia slivers in flour, then egg wash, then Panko bread crumbs.

4In a non-stick skillet, bring the oil to medium-high heat.

5Carefully place the fish sticks into oil. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.

6Remove fish sticks from oil. Place on paper towel to drain and cool. Recommended time: 2-3 minutes.
