Pan Fried Swai Fillets

Pan Fried Swai - A great tasting recipe that is easy to put together!

4 4 oz. Swai Fillets

2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 tsp Seafood Seasoning

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 cup Cornmeal

2 tbsp Canola Oil

1/4 cup Water


1Combine red pepper flakes, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cornmeal into a bowl.

2Press fillets into mixture, coating both sides.

3Bring oil in a skillet to medium heat.

4Carefully place fillets into hot oil; cook until browned. Cook time should be around 5 minutes per side.
