1Place Canola Oil into a frying pot. Bring oil to medium / medium-high heat.

2Dip shucked oysters into the OYSTER DIP, then into OYSTER BATTER.

3Carefully place battered oysters into hot canola oil. Fry until done.

SANDWICH PREP

1Apply Bun Sauce to Hoagie Rolls.

2Place fried oysters into Hoagie Roll.

3Add pickles to taste.

4Add sandwich topping.

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Hot Sauce

1 tbsp Honey
