I cook my 4oz salmon fillet in oven preheated to 425 degrees . Put aluminum foil on cookie sheet. added a little black pepper and dash of salt to taste (or very lightly for low salt diet). Oh yes start with a little oil before adding fish, then seasonings and pats on margarine. Fold the tin foil lightly to lock in freshness & moisture. Check after 15 min. flip fillets over, sprinkle with more pepper & salt. Cook an additional 5 min.. Check if done with a fork should be flaky. Serve over a salad greens, with sliced cherry tomatoes. Top with cottage cheese, grated cheese and your favorite salad dressing. Oh yes more pepper.

It was delicious! I will say though I halved the amount of pepper listed (that seemed like a loooot of pepper to me) and still it came out pretty peppery so next time I’ll use the same amount as the salt mentioned. Possibly less, like a light dusting with the pepper mill.
