Lemon Garlic Swordfish

An easy swordfish fillet that pairs perfectly with rice, quinoa, veggies, and more!

4 swordfish fillets

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup olive oil, plus 2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil separated

4 tbsp lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste


1Combine all ingredients except the 2 tablespoons olive/avocado oil in a large Ziploc bag and let marinate for at least a half an hour, turning at least once.

2Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until fish flakes easily. Do not overcook. Serve promptly.
