1Arrange Haddock fillets in a large pyrex baking dish.
2Pour orange juice over fish.
3Season with salt-free seasoning blend.
4Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
5Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
6Stir Panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, buttery spread, parsley, thyme and reserved orange zest in a bowl until well mixed.
7Press crumb mixture over Haddock.
8Bake in preheated oven until fish for 20 to 25 minutes until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
9Allow fish to rest 5 minutes before serving.
