Grilled Brown Sugar Salmon

This delicious, Grilled Brown Sugar Salmon recipe is easy to make. Sweet and grilled savory, you can count on this being a hit at the dinner table with Salmon lovers.

1Season Salmon fillets with lemon pepper, salt & garlic powder to taste.
2In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water, vegetable oil and brown sugar. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
3Place salmon fillets, skin-side down, in a large resealable plastic bag. Carefully pour marinate into bag. Place into a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
4Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5Carefully and lightly oil grill grate with vegetable oil.
6Place salmon fillets on preheated grill, skin side down. Cook fillets for 6 to 8 minutes per side. You will know that salmon is ready when it flakes easily with a. fork.
7Remove from grill and sprinkle with lemon juice and minced parsley.
