Directions

1Place skillet on high heat. Pour in olive oil.

2Let olive oil heat until it slightly begins to smoke.

3Carefully pour in shrimp and reduce heat to low.

4Cook shrimp for 1 minute.

5Lightly salt shrimp.

6Add minced garlic, then flip shrimp over.

7Add butter, parsley, lemon juice and caper brine. The stir.

8Let the sauce cook down, then add more butter and parsley.

9Add red pepper flakes, stir, then serve!

1 lb Raw Shrimp

1/2 tbsp olive oil

8 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp caper brine

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/3 cup chopped parsley

2 tbsp cold butter, cut in 4 pieces
