Codfish Dijonaise

This super easy-to-make Codfish recipe will make you a hit at the dinner table!

4 Cod fillets

1 lemon

1 White Wine

1 Package of Ritz Crackers

1/4 cup Parsley

3 cups Mayonnaise

1 Stick of Butter

1 cup Cup of Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp Salt (optional)

1 tbsp Pepper (optional)


Cod Fillet Instructions

1Coat pyrex pan with cooking spray.

2Place cod fillets into the pan.

3Generously moisten cod fillets with white wine.

4Place cod fillets in 400º F oven for 12 minutes.

5After 12 minutes, remove the cod fillets from the oven.

6Generously spread the sauce mixture over the top of the cod fillets. The sauce acts as a binder for the cracker crumbs.

7Spread cracker crumbs over fillets.

8Place cod fillets back in the oven for 3 additional minutes at 400º F.

9Remove from oven, garnish with parsley and lemon.

Sauce Instructions

1Combine mayonnaise and dijon mustard and stir well.

2Zest the lemon into the sauce mixture.

3Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice of lemon half into the sauce mixture.

4Stir well.

Cracker Crumb Instructions

1Place a packet of Ritz crackers into a gallon zip lock bag.

2Crush crackers into crumbs.

3Melt a quarter stick of butter and pour into crumb bag.
