Chili Lime Swai Fillets

This Swai recipe has a sweet chili flavor, and it only takes 10 minutes to make.

1Season the tops of the swai fillets with salt and pepper, and then with about a half a tablespoon chili powder each.
2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and place the swai fillet into the oil seasoned side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season the other side while the swai cooks. Carefully flip the swai fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked. Squeeze a lime wedge over each swai fillet.
