Breaded Baked Swai Fillets

A blend of seasonings that creates a flavorful Swai dish.

5 Swai fillets

1 cup plain bread crumbs

1 cup wheat flour, white, all purpose, unenriched

1/2 cup Italian style grated blended cheese

1 large egg

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp Tony Chachere's seasoning, The Original Creole Seasoning

1/4 cup water


1Combine your Plain Bread Crumbs, Flour, Grated Italian Cheese Blend, Garlic & Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper and Creole Seasoning in a bowl or large plastic bag.

2Mix Egg & Water in a shallow baking dish.

3Dip to coat Swai Fillets in Egg & Water mixture. Then drop fillet into bag and gently shake to coat both sides evenly. Do this to each fillet individually.

4Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Spray Baking Dish with Cooking Spray. Then lay each fillet onto pan. Bake 10-15 minutes, then turn fillets over & bake another 10-15 minutes.
