Bam Bam Shrimp

Our Bam Bam Shrimp recipe is great for an appetizer or meal. This recipe tastes great and is easy to make!

1Whisk the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and Sriracha sauce together.
2Combine the flour and the corn meal.
3Beat 3 eggs for egg wash.
4Soak raw shrimp in the egg wash.
5Place the egg-soaked shrimp into the flour/corn meal mixture and stir well.
6Bring Vegetable oil to medium heat.
7Carefully place coated shrimp into pan and cook shrimp for 2 minutes, per side.
8Place cooked shrimp onto paper towels and let drain for 2 minutes.
9Place shrimp into a bowel, then add sauce and stir.
10(Optional) Lightly garnish with red pepper flakes and diced parsley to taste.
