Baked Fish With Dill Cherry Salsa

This tilapia recipe is a delicious blend of sweet and savory, and it pairs nicely with rice, quinoa, or mixed veggies!

For the Cherry Salsa
1Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2Place the tilapia loins on a parchment lined baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Toss the fish well and bake in the oven for 10-14 minutes until done (depending on the size of your fish).
3In the meantime, make the salsa. In a bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning.
4Once the fish is baked and ready, and while it’s still piping hot, drizzle the salsa on top. Enjoy!
